• Crack and crevice treatment using aerosols and / or insecticide dust.

We recommend that you leave the unit while the treatment is being completed especially if your pregnant or suffer from asthma. We also recommend that all pets are removed or locked in a room while the treatment is undertaken.

Once the chemical has dried it's safe to re-enter the unit. This takes approx. 30 mins.

Yes, you can. Move furniture approx. 1 meter away from the wall where you can and make sure no food or food preparation equipment is left out.

You will receive an electronic service report inclusive of the chemical used, photographic proof of service and recommendations.

In low-medium level of pest infestations only one treatment will be required. In the event of a high German Cockroach infestations a follow up treatment may be required

10 - 14 days after the initial treatment to break up the breeding cycle.

A chemical residual can last up to 6 months; however this can depend upon how many times a floor is mopped - water breaks down molecules in the chemical and continued mopping will shorten the life span of the chemical residual. Cockroaches can also be introduced after a treatment by a unit owner bringing items in from the outside like shopping boxes or food deliveries which have cockroaches or eggs in the packaging.
